Overview
Participants in the Word of Hope Ministries Diverse Business Development Program (DBDP) are eligible to receive one (1) year of hosting, domain, and email services provided by Webemerg, Inc. This service is complimentary for the first year, but participants are responsible for any and all ongoing charges after the initial 12-month period.
Service Details:
- Hosting, domain, and email services are provided to DBDP participants for one (1) year.
- After the first year, the participant is responsible for any ongoing charges related to their hosting, domain, and email services.
Billing and Payment Setup:
- To receive login credentials and gain access to services, participants must provide a valid credit or debit card. This card will be kept on file for any future charges once the complimentary year ends.
- By providing this payment information, participants:
- Agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this knowledge base article.
- Acknowledge that they will be billed for services beyond the first year if not canceled.
- Hold harmless both DBDP and Webemerg, Inc. for any ongoing charges.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Participants can cancel their services at any time before or after the initial 12-month period. There are three ways to initiate cancellation:
- Cancel directly in the account provided after entering your card details.
- Submit a cancellation request ticket through webemergclients.com.
- Send an email to support@webemerg.com or call/message at 262-333-0127.
- If the service is not canceled within the first year, no refunds will be issued for any charges that occur, in line with our Cancellations and Refunds Policy.
Account Setup:
Once the participant provides a valid credit or debit card, they will:
- Acknowledge the service agreement with Webemerg, Inc.
- Receive an email with login credentials and details on how to access their domain, hosting, and email services.
Important Notes:
- Participants have the right to cancel at any time during or after the first year.
- Ongoing charges will automatically apply after the first year if the service is not canceled.
- No refunds are offered, as per Webemerg's cancellation policy.
By providing payment information, participants agree to these terms and accept responsibility for any future billing related to their hosting, domain, and email services.
